Day 1 Depart North America

Most flights to Chile are overnight flights. Depart your hometown today.

Day 2 Arrive in Santiago

On arrival, you are met by an English speaking guide who will take you to your hotel. Remainder of the day at leisure. Optional city tour in the afternoon. Hotel.

Day 3 | Maipo Valley Wine Route

The Maipo Valley is Chile's oldest and most famous wine region. It's a subregion within the larger central valley region and lies just south of Santiago. On this full day excursion, you will learn about the history and processing of wine in Chile with visits to some of the most prestigious wineries in the country. Hotel.

Day 4 | Santiago to Torres del Paine

Morning transfer to the Santiago airport where you will board the flight to Punta Arenas. On arrival in Punta Arenas you will be greeted by our representative, who will provide the transfer to Torres del Paine National Park. At first driving through incredible wide openand barren landscapes, you reach the spectacular mountains. Hotel

Days 5 and 6 | Torres del Paine National Park

Optional sightseeing. The hotel offers a variety of tours based on interest, fitness level and duration. Hotel.

Day 7 | Torres del Paine to El Calafate

Morning departure from your hotel for the 5 hour drive to El Calafate. Remainder of the day at leisure. Hotel.

Day 8 | Perito Moreno Glacier

A full day tour to the Perito Moreno Glacier. The first views of the majestic glacier are breathtaking vistas down a narrow arm of Lago Argentino with the imposing Andean Mountains as a backdrop. Hotel.

Day 9 | Estancia Cristina

An early start takes you to the tiny port of Puerto Bandera, where you will board a comfortable modern catamaran for a cruise on Lago Argentino. The navigation first stops in front of the Upsala Glacier to have wonderful views and then enters the Channel leading to Estancia Cristina, surrounded by towering ice -capped mountains and glowing ice-blue bergs floating in the lake.  

Once at the Estancia, you may choose between 3 available programs. Early evening return to El Calafate. Hotel.

Day 10 | El Calafate to Iguasu

Transfer to the Calafate airport for your outbound flight to Iguazu via Buenos Aires. Transfer from the Iguazu airport to your hotel. Hotel.

Day 11 | Iguasu Falls

Visit the Argentine side of the incredible Iguazu Falls including the upper and lower trails, San Martin Island and Devil's Throat.

Optional sightseeing on the Brazilian side of the falls. US and Canadian visitors will require a Visa to enter Brazil. A tour supplement will also apply.***

Day 12 | Iguasu to Buenos Aires

Transfer to the Iguazu airport for the outbound flight to Buenos Aires. In Buenos Aires, transfer to your hotel.

Day 13 | Buenos Aires

A 3 1/2 - 4 hour tour to introduce you to Argentina, its history, its contrasts, its contradictions and the characteristic psychology of the “porteños”, the inhabitants of Buenos Aires. See and visit important buildings and neighbourhoods. Afternoon at leisure. Hotel

Day 14 | Full day Estancia

Visit an authentic estancia where you can appreciate the gaucho dexterity in cattle and horse management, try some of the exquisite regional food, possibly saddle up your own Argentine horse for a ride.

Day 15 | Colonia del Sacramento

This Old Portuguese City form the XVII century has been declared Patrimony of Mankind by the UNESCO for its architecture. Memorable full day tour of Colonia del Sacramento. Walk along the stone streets, the old buildings, old forts and Spanish and Portuguese Museums. Visit the Port, downtown, the Ferrando Beach and the Trees Reserve, the lovely “Rambla” that stretches along the coast up to the famous Real de San Carlos where we will be able to see the “Plaza de Toros”, the "Hippodrome" and old harbor. Early evening return to Buenos Aires. Hotel.

Day 16 | Buenos Aires

Buenos Aires is a wonderful city to explore independently. Whether you are interested in the arts, history, tango, shopping or people watching at a cafe, you have plenty to see and do. Hotel.

Day 17 | Depart Buenos Aires

Depending on when your flight departs, you may have some additional time in Buenos Aires before you transfer to the airport. Afternoon/evening departure from Buenos Aires to North America.

Day 18 | Arrive in North America

Departs: custom tour, depart any day
